THE Actor’s Workshop classes are some of the most intense training in the art available for amateur actors, from the rudiments of voice and movement and creating a character, improv and stage movement, to set, costume and lighting design and much more

We will be offering a 6 week intense training course for ADULTS on Tuesday evenings from 7:30 to 10pm from from October 12, 2010 to November 16. (Contact us  tuition prices and content).

 T.H.E. Actor’s Workshop  HIGH SCHOOL theatre classes are offered as a 4 year minimum course (with only a one-semester commitment required) with new and veteran students taught concurrently.  Content includes instruction the student would not get until they are in their upper class years at a 4 year university majoring in dramatic art.

4 high school credits are given upon completion of each semester for privately educated students, which can be used to fulfill a variety of high school graduation requirements ranging from Fine Arts, to English, Public Speaking, History or Literature, depending on semester content. They can also be used for other credit at public and private schools and for college entrance applications. 

STUDENT CLASSES are from 3:30 to 6PM every Tuesday, for the Fall, 2010 semester, commencing, Tuesday, September 14, 2010 and are taught at the performance facility @ 800 Reading Street, Folsom, California, 95630. Script is not chosen until class is in session to accomodate every student in the production. Tuition is $300.00 for the semester (discount for siblings and for paying in full on first day of class) not including books, incidentals and costumes,TBD. Parent participation for productions is highly encouraged.  Please call for details.

Deadline to register for Fall, 2010 classes is Monday, September 6, 2010.

We also have an APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM for students between the ages 10 and 12. For a lesser fee, your child may apprentice with T.H.E. Actor’s Workshop and Integral Theatre Company.  The student will work and learn alongside other actors in the company and participate in some way in the performances, but will not be required to do the homework. Contact us for details.
